Withdraw $1 mil for +5 weekly training

Note: After this was processed, it was brought to my attention that I could not earn TPE prior to my suspension, which ended Friday night. I mistakenly claimed training for the week of 12/9-12/15 after my ban was lifted, but I did not realize the suspension prevented me from earning. So, to account for that, I will be skipping training for the week of 12/16-12/22 to balance things out. Since this was already processed, I will instead use this as my official training for this week (12/23-12/29).
