@Waters turns out you were overdrawn and as such you could not buy weekly training last week. As such the TPE has been removed and you have 5 less tpe than the update you did. Since you had 10 banked the TPE was pulled out of the banked TPE which means you're at 258 TPE and 5 TPE banked
