The Baltimore Hawks mascot is Henry the Hawk. When people talk about Henry, there have been a lot of comparisons to Benny the Bull of the Chicago Bulls. He is an interesting, silly, athletic, crazy guy. At halftime, he is shot from a cannon through flaming hoops at midfield. During the game, he goes through the crowd doing all sorts of crazy things, throwing pies at fans and jumping off different levels. He has also been known, from time to time, to cheat in the ongoing mascot races that happen now and again.
The Baltimore Hawks have realized that maybe this is not the safest thing to do, but at the moment they continue to allow it. Who knows what will happen in the upcoming weeks. Maybe the Hawks will keep him, or maybe the organization will go in a different direction and try to change this up. Only time will tell
