couple of quick things that are noteworthy - update errors have historically been lenient and there are probably a lot more than just ours but they're kept under wraps because most people take them directly to Bovo/head updater who has them fixed quickly and quietly.
and, even if you were to suggest punishment, the most notable update error case since I've been here was YoungTB double claiming I-don't-remember-how-much TPE and even in his case there were multiple warnings issued.
still, I don't find a TPE loss unreasonable as a general rule for the sake of offsetting the advantages of being over, even if it was a mistake. but as it stands that's not the way it's handled so judge jorel can suck it
