0-50 1pt
51-70 2pts
71-80 5pts
81-90 10pts
91-100 15pts
I would recommend this player builder (http://iltornante.com/forum/playerbuilder.html), where you can select your archetype and then modify the initial values until you've used your 50 initial TPE. Let me know if you need any further assistance!
