Couple issues we need to clear up before I can approve you. The minimum Strength for Man to Man Cornerbacks is 35 and the minimum Agility is 70 so you can't go below those. Bumping those up to minimum means that you have spent 70 TPE:
40 in Intelligence (50->70)
10 in Speed (70->72)
20 in Hands (50->60)
