There's no if, ands, or buts about it, my body is getting older. It's getting harder and harder to keep up with these youngins, so I have to train extra hard and make sure I'm treating my body right. I've been eating a lot healthier and working on my pliability this offseason and I'm hoping it pays off. Am I a bit slower? Sure. Am I a bit more tired? Sure. But my arm is still at the top of its game and I think that this team is good enough to go all the way once again. It's just a question of how long I can keep playing...
