The application is in fullscreen if im not mistaken. But the actual game itself MAY NOT have an option to put the "sim view" in full screen (From what I've seen in the small amount of footage on youtube no one else has it in full screen either), but I could be wrong. That would be a silly thing to leave out.

If thats the case you can try cropping/zooming? I am also only familiar with how to do that in OBS. Also not sure how well zooming would work.

As far as I have seen it is correct that you cannot fullscreen the 2d portion of the sim. Only the main sim window can be set to fullscreen. You could always drop the resolution of your monitor during simming down to a much lower resolution which in theory should make the 2d simulation view much larger in terms of screen space. A weird way to go, but it would work in a pinch.
