Perhaps not to the same degree as the DSFL draft was, but recreates still have that proven track record of staying active for a full career compared to the rest of us. So should we expect the first 10 picks be predominatly recreates (I don't know how many recreates there are in this class)? Or will they still be spread out through the first few rounds because of position needs and TPE differences?
Despite you, myself and a few other safeties competing for the most TPE at our position, you still have the advantage of being aknown comodity.
This class is limited in recreates, and some of them don't have outstanding TPE (Beaver-Dantes, Burr-Kirven, and Josh come to mind). And the top TPE earner, recreate Emondov Emoji, is already locked into the 19th pick. There's not much in terms of recreates, but I expect position need to play into the draft more than usual because you can easily find top TPE earners.
Oh and re: safeties, while there's not really any meaningful difference between our TPEs (215 vs 213 vs 211), I think I should be first off the board because of the recreate factor and my GM experience and such. But I think you and Terim will be high picks too. After McKinnie (206), there's a small drop-off before Uchiha (186), Humu (175), Krou (174), Rambo (161), and others. This safety class is insanely deep and there will be a lot of competition in the future!
