Ok, so unfortunately, I can't approve you yet.
Let me show you where you went wrong. You only hit tackling and speed (which is fine--good choices by the way), but you applied too much tpe.
So tackling was at 40, and then using the update scale it costs 1 tpe to go up one point until you get to 50. Then to get from 5060 it costs 2tpe for every one point. So the total tpe spent to bring your attribute levels from 40--60 would be 30tpe. So far so good, you have 20 tpe left to spend.
Then you brought speed from 60-90. To increase attribute from 60-70 it costs 2tpe each, then from 70-80 it costs 5 each, and then from 80-90 it costs 10 tpe to go up each point. So to bring you speed up from 60-90 it would actually cost you (10*2=20)+(10*5=50)+(10*10=100)=170tpe.
So altogether you would have spent 200tpe. I think you just had the simple mistake of not using the update scale, and don't worry nearly everyone has trouble with this. Just follow the update scale like in my examples, edit your totals, and you'll be set!
You can also PM me (or one of the other Rookie Mentors) on discord tomorrow and we'll be able to help out more.
