But only the 50k ones need the 24h buffer correct? So it would be 3 on the first day, then 6 days*50k=300k , total would be 900k

Or do we have to now follow the rules of only one tweet per day?

Only one tweet per day is eligible for payout, therefore if you tweet once a day you will get the max payout.
