Nate Swift is fresh off his newly minted contract with the Yellowknife Wraiths. They have locked him in as their Wide receiver of the future and so he plans to make Yellowknife his long term home. With that in mind, he spends part of it on his new house. It isn’t the biggest house in Yellowknife, he leaves that to Bigsby, but it is close to all the things he needs and keeps him relatively comfortable. With that taken care of, he decides on his next venture. He knows NSFL careers can be fleeting, so he lives relatively modestly. With his funds, he begins the process of starting to plan for his post career, career and begins putting funds towards starting his own business. He thought long and hard about what kind of business he wanted and eventually settled on real estate. Yellowknife has been voted the fastest growing city in Canada in the last 15 years since the Wraiths have moved to town. Swift is capitalizing on that and has plans to expand his company all over Canada. When his playing career is over, he will be able to immediately transition his life towards real estate mogul. A few smart investments along the way will set him up for a stable long term future.
