First note - for the big season things, there's usually a base amount + what you earn. So for the Mock draft, there's a 5 TPE base + in your case 1 TPE from correctness. Thus, you have an extra 5 TPE banked + added to your total earned.
Also, your math doesn't quite add up. You have 79 banked + this week's 15 TPE + 8 Equip bringing you to 102 TPE available this week. But, with all the attributes you are trying to update, your available TPE would need to be 104.
Looking further, you forgot that you already updated strength to 68 and speed to 79. So, if we use your available 102 TPE as the starting point and apply basically the same TPE values to those current attribute values, it works out to:
Strength +4 (68 -> 70)
Intelligence +32 (50 -> 66)
Speed +55 (79 -> 85)
Hands +6 (50 -> 53)
Bank 23+79=102-4-32-55-6==5 (79 -> 5)
