You math doesn't quite work out for this update because you forgot to use 4 of the 49 available TPE for Tackle/Strength and applied it somewhere else.

Here's what I'm going to do, unless you reply and tag me before 10pm with changes:
Agility +4(equip) + 6(claims) =+10 (78 -> 80)
Intelligence +4(equip) + 20(claims) =+24 (51 -> 63)
Hands +4(equip) + 6(claims) =+10 (72 -> 74)
Bank +4(reserved for Tackle or Strength) +1 = 5
