(S15) PT 2 - Absolute Power

Now I love Ben, we work really well together and we’ve built not only the wall, but the best damn team in the DSFL. But as it turns out he’s taken the day off and given total control over to me, Jimmy Dugan. We don’t need to change players around or anything, team wise we’re exactly where we want to be right now. But I’ve got some changes to make to the club now that there’s no one around to check my impulses. First off, I’m installing a bar in my office complete with two kegs and taps, one of Guinness and one of Budweiser, so I’ve got options depending on how I’m feeling. Second, the “No Naps at Work” rule is hereby officially lifted and permanently banned from being discussed again. Third, I’m installing a lock on my office door. “Hey, I’m the GM of a football team, want to come check out my office?” makes a great pickup line, and the fact that I can’t take full advantage of that without risking someone walking in is a damn travesty. In addition, from now on, no one is allowed to ask me what’s in my thermos during practice. Tijuana is a fantastic football team already, but with these changes, we can create a positive work environment for everyone. Mostly me, but everyone else too.
