Looks like you've used 50 TPE for Speed and 50 TPE for Hands. The 50 starting TPE is meant to be spread throughout your stats instead of getting 50 for each stat.
For example:
You can use 25 TPE for Speed to put you at 73 Speed, and then you can use the other 25 TPE to get you to 71 Hands.
