(S1) - Weekend PT #3 - Coach Speak

Where do I start with coach? He is definitely a different kind of animal than I have ever been exposed to. I'd say that the weirdest thing he makes us do is he makes us have giant team lock-ins the night before the game in random mattress stores. I assume its because there are enough beds for everybody, but the room gets pretty loud with the big dogs snoring all night long. I just think it's kind of weird that a grown man wants us todo that together, but it's worked out pretty well for us so far. I think the best thing is that when he wants to motivates us, he wants us to be self-motivated. He locks us in and makes us all go around in a circle and say what we're each looking most forward to within the next week and what it would mean to us to win the game. It creates a great brotherhood to where we all know why we are playing for each other. I can see it on the field every game when we want to win the game. I think that even though coach is unorthodox, he is no doubt the best man for the job. He's a guy who demands excellence and just goes about getting it in a different way.
