Intelligence: 55 -> 60 (10 TPE)
Tackling: 15 -> 45 (30 TPE)
Kick Power: 65 -> 70 (10 TPE)
Kick Accurancy: 65 -> 70 (10 TPE)
This adds up to 60 TPE. Also, Tackling doesn't help that much for Kickers and Punters. If you want to upgrade it, go right ahead! It just won't improve your player as much as Kick Power and Accuracy.
