How will you add talent to this roster? How will you keep it there?
Who are you managerial influencers?

I think my Co-GM left the mic....
You're right we don't have a lot of active players. That said, Shady and I feel we're only one key piece from having an effective offense for this up coming season. Through the draft and DSFL contraction, as well as the last remaining active S15 players will finally be called up to the NSFL level, we believe the league will be more equalized and we can acquire the key players needed to compete against Tijuana, and potentially beat them in the playoffs. Make no mistake, that Wall is scary.
As far as keeping talent in San Antonio, in my opinion, maybe Shady disagrees, that is the opposite of our role as DSFL GMs. Our goal is to help every new player we get to climb fast enough to start in the NSFL as soon as possible. If a player stays with us at San Antonio more than two seasons, something went wrong.
For myself, @timeconsumer is definitly the main influencer I've had. He is an ocean of knowledge with regards to game play tactics. The same can be said for @shadyshoelace, but I don't know if there's anyone else that has influenced him.
I am optimistic that the two of us will work well together and maybe in a few seasons we can make the jump to GM a NSFL team, like how @nunccoepi and @iseedoug were GMs of Tijuana and then moved up to Baltimore together. It's a whole new part of the game for us, but we'll learn quick from our success and mistakes I'm sure.
