well, you see, they'd first have to actually ask what his asking price is on Berc- and from my understanding, no one even asked.  And it's not like Shaka has a lot of leverage, I'll be a FA in the off season, so imagine his price wouldn't too steep. :shrug:

I asked about Boss, and his price was either an offensive lineman which are at a serious premium, or a member of our secondary that is destroying the league. giving up actives for actives is hard to talk yourself into as a GM when your team is already top in the conference and you have a little-used but very reliable option on your squad. Plus, we just got burned by our QB going inactive. SJ just got burned by their QB going inactive. I've seen you go inactive in the VHL, the SBA, and every startup baseball league I've been a part of. That makes me nervous at such a key position as QB. Plus you have a one year deal, meaning I could potentially be trading away an active for 3 years in exchange for a one year rental
