2/5 for the second one. It's a very nice starting point, though. You already understand the concept of using backgrounds and taking the render into a different environment. One thing I'd definitely work on is to use higher res images. The Pythons logo in the signature looks a bit blurry - have you stopped here? You'll be able to see the highest resolution logo for each team. Another thing is the edges of the render are pretty choppy. Clean up those two things and then you're in good shape!
