As a shiftier receiver are you willing and able to go over the middle?

Absolutely. Even though it could be dangerous to go over the middle because of the incredible amount of hard hitting safeties and linebackers, that's an area of the field where a guy like myself can flourish. Being a little on the smaller side, the congestion I'm the middle really lets me ability to shine through. Weaving through defenders and trying to out maneuver my coverage is a lot easier over the middle of the field and I can often come out of the other side wide open.

Did you have any players that you idolized or modeled your game after growing up?

Even though I grew up as a Packers fan, I want to emulate my awareness and route running after Cris Carter. His incredible catches on the sideline and how slick he was with his routes are a big inspiration to me. For a more modern day player, I look up to Jordy Nelson. He couldn't always use his athleticism to get open so he had to be craftier and more willing to compromise for his quarterbacks. I want to incorporate that into my game as well.

Could you ever see your talents used at other positions on the gridiron?

Definitely. Whatever teams ends up giving me an opportunity will definitely have control over what position they want me to play. I think I'm best suited to a receiver role but I'm comfortable switching for the benefit of the team!
