HO made a decision to resim. If this was an error caused by updaters, then by following a policy of leniency, by extension this falls to HO as well. Since it was not caused by Austin, will there be a resim *any* time we find there is a breakdwon in the updating process, or what constitutes a resim in this specific instance? Simply the quantity of TPE not updated?

You're trying to place blame, but in reality, there is no way of knowing where the breakdown occurred. There are multiple stages that things could've gone wrong at, and in the past, something has gone wrong at every one of those stages. So the only option we have is to double check that all procedures are being followed, fix errors that we find, and move on.
