I've been recently looking into the regression system a lot with an article I'm working on and I realized your very own Dick Wizardry will be having his first regression in S19. I figured this would be a good chance to ask you some regression related questions!

1. What are your opinions on the regression system and what is something you think should be worked on?

2. From a player perspective, when should you start considering retirement once regression sets in? How do you think it differs from a max earner like you who will hit regression with 1200+ versus an average player with 600-700?

3. From a GM perspective at what point would you like to see your players retire? Actives are obviously a premium in the league. Would you ever try to talk players out of retirement? Has there even been a player you think should have been talked into retirement?

4. When do you start preparing to replace a player heading for regression? For example, Dick Wizardry. Huge player at an impact position that should be able to fight regression for a few seasons, but when do you decide that you need to be diving into a replacement?
