For the training, currently 32 tpe (4 trainings x 8tpe per training) cost $12m, so it should not get more expensive than that. I think the tiers should go like:
$1m - 5 TPE
$3m - 10 TPE
$5m - 15 TPE
$7m - 20 TPE
$9m - 25 TPE
$12m - 32 TPE

But now I'm thinking, "what about those that have to purchase in spurts, like 1 package week 1, another week 3, etc?". Would they just pay the difference to "upgrade" and get the difference in TPE?

For the other rule regarding awards, I really like that. Could also do HoF voting.
