Section A.9 under Player Rules in the rule book states that you cannot pay to have TPE moved in the same season as a position change. The TPE amount you paid to have moved will be placed back into your secondary bank. I have reached out to both you and your GMs and have not heard back about where I should take the 32 TPE from, so I have decided myself. I took 2 from agility, and 30 from arm (as it was your highest throwing stat). We were a bit limited by where we could draw from due to equipment.
