Idk, jiggly said they would spare no expense to bring this player there, but since they didn't specifically address Bex (ex: we want you in Chicago, come to the butchers, etc), it may be seen as a general "hey
NSFL, we want to get this player" rather than "hey bex, we want you on our team" if that makes any sense.

Or in terms of the rulebook - "Tampering is defined as a player or GM approaching a player under contract with another team...with the purpose of persuading them to join your team". Depending on interpretation, this could be seen an expression of general interest, rather than approaching the player with the purpose to persuade them to their team

And we were told earlier in the season that the bolded part didn't matter when I pointed it out during discussion about the first tampering charge. And so I suggested we change the wording of the rules which also hasn't happened.


The other issue will be dealt with internally.
