First of all, congratulations on the promotion.  I'm excited to see what you do with an NSFL franchise.  Now for the questions:

Season 18 was rough for the Butchers:  they missed the playoffs for the second straight season, and they finished with a losing record for the first time in franchise history.  Realistically, how well do you see this team performing in season 19?

Why do you think that the culture--or, more specifically, the "look and feel"--in the Chicago locker room needs a change?  Is one bad season really enough reason to completely start over?

Chicago has six picks in the upcoming draft, including #4 and #6 overall.  Are there any players that stand out to you in this draft class?  What are your team's biggest needs at the moment, position-wise?

On a realistic standpoint, probably 5-6 wins at most if we get any sim luck, I don’t see making the playoffs with this culture and a lack of actives, I just don’t see us doing well, that’s a statistical fact.

The culture needs a change BADLY, we don’t want to be the lone dead locker room that’s just weeb images and meme posts, we need more actives and more draft capital, that stuff changes NOW.

Chicago has a few big needs, including RB, WR, DL,
So guys like O’Leary, Gordon, James-Jones would be guys we’re going after.
