It also turns rookies away early on when they see deserving players, friends and teammates, not even get a single vote for awards just because some GM's sort by TD's and vote without any real thought, or there's a well established vet player in the league that they always vote for.

I feel like this could stay an issue even with an awards committee, but besidea this part l, I agree that an awards committee would be good to have. Just to release some weight off HO/GMs shoulders. I hope we have members who would like to fill in this role.
