Twitter Webhooks in the Discord server

The biggest problem would be to maintain the list of Twitter accounts the bot needs to pull data from. We could start with the league account, team accounts and NSFL hashtag and see what happens.

What we had done in another server was send out a quick survey to everyone asking them to send in their twitter accounts along with player name so that we could fill it out in one go.
