I have quite the relationship with @iamslm22, Avon Blocksdale Jr. We actually met away from the gridiron, rather we met on the baseball diamond. Blocksdale and I instantly bonded as we first started talking to each other as he watched on as I went through showcases and workouts for the Draft. We instantly bonded and became good friends. When Draft day arrived, I ended up joining the team that he is a member of. When I officially declared for the NSFL Draft, Blocksdale again watched on as I participated in Combines and other workouts to prove my worth in this league. As I work towards getting drafted a second time around, I know I have Blocksdale behind my as a mentor that I can lean on for help whenever I need it. He is a player that I know I can always call up to work on drills or get a quick lift in. Whatever team I end up on, I will support Blocksdale and hope nothing but the best for him. As for on the field, I know we will both be fierce competitors and hopefully by the end of this season we will both have found great success and be on our way to the big prize that every team strives for at the beginning of the season.
