Revenge
The team that I want to get revenge on the most is the Yellowknife Wraiths. Yellowknife has knocked us out of the playoffs two years in a row. This is obviously very frustrating for us, as we have been super close to the Ultimus, and just fall short. Beating them in the playoffs this season would be very gratifying. Yellowknife is obviously a very great team, so losing to them is an understandable thing, but it is still just as sad nonetheless every time. Yellowknife is getting older and older, so maybe our time of beating them will come pretty soon.
I also want to get revenge on the Orange County Otters. They beat us in the Ultimus in season 16, which was my rookie year in the big leagues. It would have been really nice to win an Ultimus in my first year. But, like everything, OCO had to ruin that hope.
Getting revenge on Portland would be nice. Portland beat the Norfolk s14 team in the playoffs, whoch was really sad and a big bummer. That s14 team was great and it was sad to see Portland end our season so abruptly. When I GMed tijuana I beat them in the Ultimini, but that does not have the same satisfaction as beating them on a different team.
Recruitment
Well, obviously this scenario is super unplasuible for me. but I'll just assume this is a hypothetical situation.
The abtty obious, a good draft. You have to draft a lot of great players in order to compete. Expansion team do not have any send downs, so they have to get all the players that they need in a draft. This can be a really daunting task, as getting that many good players is hard.solute first and most important thing is to build a good locker room. Tons of former expansion team player used to go ia when they got drafted to an expansion team and saw how dead the locker room is. Expansion teams do not have the luxury of having a ton of former players in their locker room, making it a really active place to hang out in. It is a hard thing to do. But it is absolutely essential to get that going.
Making an expansion team be competitive is a hard task to accomplish, due to multiple reasons, but it is not impossible. In S14 the Norfolk Seawolves went to the playofffs. We lost, but we still went, and it was a lot of fun to be there.

I think that the first thing I would do as commissioner of the league is bring back the 4 year cap on DSFL players. I see no good reason for that cap to be taken away, and it was always dumb from the beginning. Taking away the cap just makes high tpe inactive players way too valuable, and can dominate the league. The DSFL should not be ran by inactive players. It just takes away fun from everyone.
Next thing I would do is contract Portland. I would wait a season or two I guess when these big classes leave the DSFl. This is kind of biased, of course, but I think that it would serve the league well. Portland has a lot of history. Second most championships in the DSFl. But that is in the past. They have not been the Portland that we used to know lately. They just finsihed the season with worst record in the league. This is a bad trend for Portland, and I see it not improving much soon. If this keeps up, I think contracting Portland and saving Norfolk would be the right move. Norfolk is a great franchise, with people who are passionate about them.
Draftee Interview:
I interviewed @FrostbitB5
1. Looking forward, how will you improve MB?
1.) I don't want to give too much away with the draft coming so soon, but MB got lucky in the draft and is not losing very many s20 players from callups, and our 50 tpe safety had updated for the first time today, and is now at a healthy 100 TPE. And with Stephens also staying down, our secondary is going to be elite in s20. We also will he looking to find some offensive cornerstones, and I truly believe that this team has the talent to make it into the Ultimini with a strong draft.
2. What will you do different on this player than your last?
2.) I want this player to be to be a much higher pick than my former kicker. Since I had little to no incentive to get TPE as a kicker, I did not have the need to earn at high rates of tpe, but these first few weeks prove that I am more committed to the NSFL, and any team that drafts me.
3. Who do tou see winning Ultimus s20?
3.) Well, I don't think that I can really pick anyone else than who won last year can I? Orange County will win the s20 Ultimas. In additoon to keeping so many of their players, they get MB legend and potential MVP Kacey Dream on their team now as their their CB. Their already great defense will only get better.
4. Do you prefer orange juice with pulp or no pulp?
4.) Ok so here is an unpopular opinion, Orange Juice is better with pulp inside of it. It really just adds texture to a stale drink, and almost makes it feel like a smoothie.
