The thing is, i get the "OL sucks so i wanna switch" argument. There could be some sort of moratorium of switching in the first season or two from that. You'll know pretty much right away if you hate something i'd think.

My issue is usually with the unrealistic player type switch when they're established in the league for lots of seasons. Like when i wanna say it was Gambino that was a DL for like 5 seasons and then just magically became a top QB. That's the stuff we should look at avoiding.

Especially now that we have a LOT more players than we used to. Imagine being a 3rd year QB finally seeing they get a chance to start and then losing that spot to some other player from a different position with more TPE that switched to QB so they sit more. I just want to avoid that type of stuff.

That's why thankfully we pitched that in the bottem and put a 25% tpe penalty on switching to the QB. I don't believe we have seen any QB switches since that was introduced.
