I think the big thing you're missing here is that Jiggly will never ever leave Chicago if he can - and I'm not sure their management is confident enough (yet) in the new crop of QBs to risk dumping Jenkins as well. Not sure who would take Jenkins in a trade either since most teams are set at QB.
