Bex Punishment and NOLA Tampering Accusations

I don't want you to feel like I'm attacking you or anything, because that's not what I'm trying to do at all. I just want to get that out of the way real quick. I have seen the screenshots, so this will obviously be based on my own opinion of the topic and the facts of what I've seen.

On the other hand, if the evidence brought forward originally wasn't enough to indict her and NOLA on tampering charges, then we should look further into a punishment for the person who leaked all of this.

If there is no evidence of tampering, then there was no reason for someone to harass a member of this league in such a way. I hope that there will be a separate punishment for the people who have essentially harassed a member of the community by leaking private messages and what appeared to be creating a server dedicated to weaponizing Bex's frustrations against her. It is abhorrent and those who helped to spread it should also be held somewhat liable.

There was reason to believe that Bex was taking part in conduct not fitting of the Commissioner of the league. This isn't harassment; it's just how the internet works. Also, to my knowledge, he was permanently banned, despite what is in my opinion, clear evidence against the accused. He leaked far more than he should have though. It was the right thing to do, but his reasoning and intentions weren't in the right place. I can agree with you on that.

And why? Because if there's no evidence of tampering, then we've just made Bex go through hell for the past few days for nothing. Some people pick up some memes, some pick up a few new copypastas. But the damage to Bex and her reputation is massive. What she thought was a safe place got fucked up. I think that there are a lot of people here who agree that they say some nasty shit they don't mean behind closed doors just so that they can get it out of them. To continue to attack Bex is just mean.

I don't really know of anyone that is continuing to "attack" Bex. A lot of people just want to know what exactly happened and why it happened. The damage to her reputation is massive, and it should be. Obviously, some of the screenshots that were posted, weren't posted with the best intentions and shouldn't have been posted at all, because they didn't contribute to the main accusation at hand. But, the situation wasn't helped by her saying that stuff in the first place and deleting vital messages that deal with the accusation. This isn't stuff that the Commissioner should be saying about other members of the league. I'm not going to go into specifics, because some of it is just that bad, not befitting of the face of the league. Let's not forget that this is more than just shit-talking in private with friends. This was a group of users from this league specifically, the league she is the Commissioner of at this time. Showing clear bias and favoritism towards a specific group of users as a HO member is not good practice.
