u make sure all the many roles/tasks HO have to do are in place and are progressing
u make sure ur simmer isn't a little bitch boy who will ragequit when he gets upset over something
u make sure that stuff works

u also make sure that everytime u log onto discord and click the appear active role, u will be given an instant stream of depression because every big baby in the league has failed to do something or is having a moan about it

So am i right to assume that it could work without a commissioner but with a reinforced group of people in HO?
