Updated, just be more descriptive next time when you are trying to upgrade equipment. @siddhus is a back-up updater, so given that he does not do your updates on the regular, there was no way for him to know.

Also the cost would be 7 million, not 7.5. Given that it was updated today, there is a good chance these changes will not take effect until next week when the new sheet is pulled.
