I believe everything you say. Speaking specifically for twitter we have an app that automatically tally's tweets, like and retweets for each account. Plug in the forum thread url and it counts every Twitter account posted in the thread. Super easy to use. Could we just do a full list of people's twitters and run it with out doing individual threads? Probably. But it's also part of the task. The $$ amount we give out for twitter is really OP. So asking for that extra step of posting in a claim thread i think is fair. But am open to possible changes to the process.
