In this very fun heavy league I can’t think of anyone more deserving of the Offensive Player of the Season award for the DSFL than my teammate Rando Cardrissian. He has been absolutely electric this whole season and is the biggest reason that the Kansas City Coyotes are even going to the playoffs. At the time of writing he is currently sitting in third place for rushing yards with less attempts than the two players above him. He also has a very respectable 5 yards per carry which is good enough for top 10 for rushers with at least 50 rushing attempts. Now these stats are all well and good but the thing that really separates himself from the rest of the pack is his staggering 13 rushing touchdowns on the season. He leads the second place rusher by 3 touchdowns. If all of that doesn’t make you a believer let’s not forget that he is doing all this while there is another very competent rusher breathing down his neck in Andrew Nova. Anywhere else and Nova would probably be the top option but Cardrissian is so good he has relegated him to a backup role. With all this evidence there should be no reason Cardrissian does not win Offensive Player of the Year or at the very least Running Back of the Year.
