For potential new additions to your team what can you say to them?

Would you rather See your team succeed in the playoffs  or succeed in becoming a team together and keeping moral high in the locker room?


Whats more important in your mind winning games or having a team that wants to go out on the field and have fun?

We are looking forward to building a competitive team. We hope that the players that we draft are ready to hit the ground running.

I think first and foremost is building the locker room, once you have a solid group of involved players, naturally the playoffs and championships will follow.

At the end of the day, this is a game. I want everyone on my team to have fun. If they aren't having fun, then they won't stay active and achieve their potential.
