Task 1:
NSFC Championship Game: Colorado Yeti @ Yellowknife Wraiths
After defeating the Hawks in the Wild Card round, the Colorado Yeti will now travel to Yellowknife to face the Conference winning Wraiths. The Wraiths were the class of the Conference this season and the best team in the regular season. The Wraiths put up the most yards and score the most points so the Yeti defense is going to be on its toes all game. The Yeti have been about average at every category and I think their run ends here. Yellowknife is the much better team, have home field advantage, and should lock this down. Yellowknife wins 30-16.
ASFC Championship Game: New Orleans Second Line @ Austin Copperheads
In the ASFC, we see a new face and the absence of another. There is no Orange County this time, as they were beaten by the Second Line in the Wild Card round. The Second Line are travelling to Austin to take on the surprising Conference winner Copperheads. I think most people are surprised Austin improved this quickly, but they've worked hard to get here. Austin is a stingy team, giving up the least amount of points in the league and yards. New Orleans has been ok this season, with their rushing game being their best attribute. In this game, give me the stingy defense that's playing at home. Austin wins 21-10.
Task 4:
As a quarterback, it's natural to have a rivalry with other quarterbacks in your class. When I entered the league, there were two other quarterbacks who entered as well, Thomas-Fox and Blocksdale Jr. They were my rival in my rookie season in the DSFL, but it didn't last long. Both of those guys have since moved into different roles, but in my second season in the DSFL, another challenger emerged, Jay Cue.
Jay Cue is one year ahead of me, but we both played together in the DSFL and got called up at the same time to the NSFL. In the DSFL, Cue dominated. He put up video game numbers each season and carried the Pythons to success. He was the guy I was pushing to be like. I would look up his numbers after each game and strive to top him at something. Every season, he was the talk of the DSFL. When I got called up, I thought this was my time to break out and make a name for myself, until I found out Cue was called up to the Outlaws. So once again, I battled with him, trying to out do him at something, but he got the best of me again. He finished with almost 1200 more yards than me and 12 more touchdowns. He came to the NSFL more ready, but it still stung to lose out to him once again. Now, we're forever entwined with each other and I'll continue to monitor his game and one day hope to out play him.

Task 7:
This season in Philly, we wanted to compete and hopefully sneak into the playoffs. We succeeded in the first part, but not the second. We fought every game and were a tough out, but just missed out on the playoffs in the last week of the season. It was a positive step for us though, as a young team competing this early. I truly believe our time is coming, and it could come as soon as next season.
This season was full of promise. We fielded a very young roster, especially at the most important position, quarterback. Phoenix was a rookie this season and will only get better and better. We still have one of the best running backs in Torensen and a great receiving core of veteran Varga and youngsters Vuxta, Blocksdale Jr., and Dropson. The biggest reason that next year will be our year, though, is because of the defense. With some young players at key positions, our defense was top notch already this season. We lead the conference and league in every defensive category except rushing defense and we're only going to get better and improve. Carrying the best defense and one that isn't regressing is a huge boost to our team. Once the young offense catches up, look out because there won't be a weak point on the team. Next season could be a huge jump for this roster, but if not next season, look out for the Liberty in the next 10 seasons to come.
