What type of training routine do you have on a weekly basis?
Waffles or pancakes?
1. On food, Ponzu or Chimichurri. Makes everything taste better. In the course of my career, it's definitely my enthusiasm for the game. Even when I'm not training, I'm watching film. When I'm not watching film, I'm reading every scrap of material I can get my hands on.
2. Day 1 - Strength Training: Squats, Deadlifts, benches, presses. Speed Training: Stick drills, sprints. Agility: Shuffle, cone drills, L drills, pedals
Day 2 - Burst Training: cleans, pulls, jerks. Jumping: Long jumps, bounds, burpees, knee grabs
Day 3 - Rest, film, and study
Day 4 -6 - Repeat
Day 7 - Conditioning and stamina. Low intensity exercise for long periods of time such as rowing, running or swimming.
3. Pancakes!!! No contest. Unless they're Dutch waffles which are basically mini pancakes.
