5) Armchair GM
Written: What moves could your team make to improve for the next year, be it in free agency, keeping players, the draft, etc. (Please be careful to avoid tampering.)

I had a chance to ask DSFL GM Hathias Manyadi a question at his presser.
With the size of the current draft class. It must be quite the undertaking going though all the prospects. How do you go about organizing your draft board? What can a new recruit do to make themselves stand out?
"For me, I see the size of the draft as a bonus. It means certain players that might have gone in the first round will drop to the second or even third round thanks to the amount of talent all throughout. So it means you can get better talent without having to trade up so much.”
The depth of this draft class will have several impacts on both the DSFL and NSFL. The DSFL is already expanding to two teams and there is a lot of speculation about additional NSFL teams. As GM Hathias pointed out, in the DSFL there is going to be value throughout the draft. If a team is able to hit on this draft they are setting themselves up for a huge advantage. There is going to be a lot of attrition and they will need to make smart choice based around long term success. For the NSFL, A team that stacks draft picks will be able to set a whole new foundation in the next draft as the depth should translate from the DSFL.
6) Expansion
Written: There have been a lot of new players entering the league recently. If you were in charge of a new expansion team for the NSFL or DSFL, how would you go about it?
Graphics: Create a design for your new team.

Octavio Clemente Scouting report
STRENGTHS Plays with tremendous natural speed. Has speed in his hands and upper body to shed blockers without much effort when it?s time. Sneaky lateral foot quickness. Uses quick feet and shoulder turn to leverage him into gaps for disruption. Flashes some occasional ""quick win"" hand work as pass rusher.Has talent and speed to do what he wants on some snaps. Can generate a heavy pocket push when he gets some knee-bend going.
WEAKNESSES Will lockout his long legs on too many snaps. Upright play style limits his leverage and balance against down blocks. Motor will run out of gas if he's forced to chase after play for very long. Average ball instincts. Change of direction can be inconsistent due to pad level. Flashes pass rush talent, but too content to lay on blockers when early rush fizzles. New to football. Will need to study technique and playbook. Strength lacking for someone his size. Need to talk Strength training serious to make impact at next level.
Projects as a situational pass rusher who can rush from the inside as well as kick outside on passing downs. A Project pick that will need time to develop. He has tremendous upside as a pass rusher. Not a strong run defender at this point.
