5) Armchair GM
Well, there's a lot of things for us to do in order to get back to the Ultimus. I think overall, Yellowknife needs to go for defense in this draft. Most of what we need are some new DBs, since a lot of the guys back there are either old or are leaving to other teams. I'd like to get someone like Vegeta or Frost. Just any active corner or safety that we can use to reinforce a secondary that wasn't bad but that could be a lot better next season. Another weapon for Cooter as he starts hitting regression would be nice as well. Someone like Jerome Davis or Leon McDavid. Even after we grabbed Rodriguez in free agency, our core of Swift and Helanen aren't getting any younger. Helanen hit his 3rd (?) season of regression, Swift his 2nd, and they're going to continue falling in the years to come. I'd also look to build capital for the draft next season, as S22 is very much loaded with talent. How much of that talent survives the transition from the DSFL to the NSFL has to be seen first, but there is a ton of potential there. So my strategy is to build defense now, offense next season, then go from there.
6) Expansion
For me, its all about creating a strong culture first. You need to have players that are not only good, but that will create an atmosphere that makes rookies want to stay. Having some good veteran names inside that locker room can also help that, so I'd focus on getting a league veteran or two early then look for some true rookies later on in the draft. I believe that having a balance between league veterans and league rookies is what creates a winning locker room culture. I don't expect to be a very good team in year one. I'd still be working out the kinks and some of the players will go IA for one reason or another. I'd expect to be a championship contender in two or three seasons, once I have some solid pieces that are staying down while having a good amount of TPE for the DSFL. Beyond that, it's about making sure my guys get into good NSFL locker rooms and have a great time in the DSFL. I want to replicate what I had on the Marshals several seasons ago: an active locker room filled with great people as well as maybe an NSFL GM or two so that they can see that the rookies are indeed active.

Honestly, looking at this kid, I really think he can do it all. He has soft hands, is good in between the tackles, has good open field speed, is a true three down back, there's really not much I can pick out that's poor in his game, besides maybe his blocking in pass protection. Though not many backs in the NSFL excel at that anyways, so I can't ding him for that. He keeps his center of gravity low at all times, allowing him to explode through even the smallest holes in the line and gain several yards. I wasn't so sure about him when I first saw him. I mean, how many aliens do you see actually see succeed in the NSFL? He's also pretty small compared to a lot of the running backs you see at the next level, but he surprised me. Working with him during training, he's always giving 100% and he is extremely committed to working towards the NSFL. I think he's the best running back in the draft, even if some of the other backs in the DSFL had better numbers.
10) Reform
Well, this is quite the can of worms, isn't it? What would I do in order to run the league better, or what do I think I could do to make the league better? I couldn't tell you. I think overall the league is well run in most regards, all of the draft stuff and graphics are something I don't want to touch with a ten foot pole because not only do I know nothing about them, but I think those are by far the best run areas of the league. Maybe it's a shitshow behind the scenes, I don't know. But considering it all comes out on time and to a pretty high standard, I'm willing to bet on the former. The only thing I would do would make the punishments more transparent, maybe? It feels like sometimes, the decisions are purely arbitrary and rules are being enforced selectively depending on who is being punished. Otherwise, as much as I like to shit talk HO, they do a pretty solid job of running this league. Things happen on time, things rarely break (though the occasional sim goof does happen and thats often not on the simmers or HO), but there are very few things I can think of that really need to be fixed in the league.
