With expansion talk coming up, there will be plenty of people looking at potential gm jobs opening up. What kind of style would you recommend taking up as a new team? We've seen teams in the past try to compete from the get go (LVL, CHI) which hasnt ended well. Is slow and steady the way to go about it?
