It costs the team nothing to draft an IA player, looks bad when half the league is passing before we're halfway done with the draft, and there's always a couple poor teams stuck drafting everyone that's left, because everyone gets drafted. By passing you're just kicking the can down the road and making it someone else's problem. Selfish behavior.

Absolutely. A lack of enggement is bad for the league. Do NFL teams pass on picks? No. Make the pick. Worst case, they stay in the DSFL for a year. If you disagree, tell me why.
