Why do we draft IAs? Im just curious.

Because we don't plan on IA's never coming back, we plan for them coming back later today. So in this case, if an IA does come back we want them to have a team and for them to see themselves drafted in the stream. I understand that most IAs don't actually come back and the chances of an IA coming back after the draft but before the stream may be very slim, but we want to plan for that scenario rather than for a scenario where they never come back
