This is incredible, Infinite! And yeah, wealth inequality is a real thing in the NSFL, but the NSFL is also a place where you get somewhat rewarded for the time you invest. Could it be better? Yes. At the end of the day though, the more time you're willing to invest into this league we all love, the more you can get out of it. Even to the extreme degrees like you and me.
That said, I agree that effort to value doesn't always equate. Like yeah, I'm sitting on $440m, but few people in this league were really close to me back when I was writing regularly. Few people know just how much time I invested in it. I was averaging around 8-10 hours a day writing and that was when I wasn't working on a massive piece. My draft article for example I worked on for over 180 hours between research and the actual writings. There was a period there where I spent like 85 hours in a four day period hammering that thing out. That article ultimately payed out $142m, but that averages out to about 789k per hour I invested in the work I put in. Believe it or not, that actually drops closer to 650k per hour when you look at my smaller articles that required research.
I've written over 250k words of media for this league to get to where I am, most of which was written in my first two months here. I was averaging close to 4,000 words a day in those first two months. Then look at yourself. You've put in countless hours season after season. The other two guys in the top four are league legends who threw themselves at this place and worked their asses off. I guess my point is, to create this kind of inequality you need people who are absolutely obsessed with this league in a way that isn't exactly healthy. I believe we more than fit that bill.
