@Colombiano Just looking at your speed I realize immediately that you're way over TPE cap for a rookie. :lol:
What you'll want to do is add 50 TPE to your build using the Update Scale below. Remember that you take your starting stats and add TPE to them. 89 Speed would be around 140 TPE above even for the fastest start build for any player!
Update Scale
0-50 - costs 1 TPE to go up 1 point
50-70 - costs 2 TPE to go up 1 point
70-80 - costs 5 TPE to go up 1 point
80-90 - costs 10 TPE to go up 1 point
90-100 - costs 15 TPE to go up 1 point
