I love being able to read the old articles you included, it makes it so much more real for people that weren't in the league then. The whole situation kind of seems unreal, but one of my favorite things is the contrast between everyone hating on the first accusation and then most people complaining about the HO punishment later

I was in the Liberty LR back then and some of us were pulling our hair out with the outlaw success. A lot of the frustration was due to our presuming that the simmer was rigging the sims. Our GM would run dozens of sims that would have the Outlaws losing several games that they ended up winning. When Adam2552 put together his post about multis people started coming over to the idea that Er wasn't this incorruptible leader in the HO. He was a punk ass bitch who should've been permabanned.
